Positive: The apartment has a fantastic location. Everything is exactly as pictured. The managers are always available and make everything possible. They even easily organized a birthday surprise for my son. The view of the Burj Khalifa and the fountains is simply incredible. Thank you to everyone on the team for the wonderful stay.

Positive: I stayed for 3 nights at this residential and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was very convenient . A special mention to Martina (Mata Blck) for her extraordinary support — she was available 24/7 and always responded instantly whenever I needed any help. Her professionalism and kindness made my stay even more pleasant. The only small improvement could be the Wi-Fi speed, but overall, everything else was excellent. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
